Coaches and Chaperones: To help make this new program successful, we will need volunteers to act as chaperones and to work as coaches for the weekend. Please contact Bob Mann at sherrimann@rogers.com for more details. We are trying to coordinate a Level I Technical course for participating coaches. If approved, Region 3 will cover the cost for all who participate.
On site check in: Athletes must check in on Friday Morning at 9 am at the University of Waterloo (location to be determined). Upon arrival all athletes and chaperones who are staying overnight will be issued room assignments, keys and will be informed of the meal procedure.
